There should be an Apothocary on the phone

I know you can turn off Ailments but I like to play the game without using too many cheats or governors.  Therefore you almost need to have someone in every household who learns the Apothocary skill to heal your sims.  I didn't mind this at first but really it gets to be tedious having to learn all those medicinal concoctions.   Someone made a huge miscalculation by not just putting a traveling Apothocary NPC on your phone so if you just want to heal your sim you just call them up and for a fee they come to your home lot and they just have all the cures in their magic bags.  That doesn't mean you can't still play the career if you want.   But unless I am mistaken if you did have an active sim in one of your lots who was a Naturalist Healer could you send your ailing sim to visit them and they could heal them or would you have to switch lots and actually play the sim who was the healer and then have them invite the sick sim over for a healiing?
