It would be great to tune celebrities so they only show up in lots with the "Hot Spot" trait to avoid chaos. They show up in every single community lot and create havoc. It becomes unplayable to be out in a community lot. Please tweak this

Agreed! I feel like this has increased lately. I'm finding them around campfires and businesses much more than usual and my current Sim will stop what they are doing to react. They're even doing their glowing celebrity walk style through Gibbi point in swimwear after a dip. Yet my regular Sims from other households aren't around like I want them to be. I'm much more likely to see my celebrities instead.✨
I changed one public lot to Generic to make the place quieter. It's too quiet now actually as hardly any Sims visit but it was so my Sim could use the lot as it's got all the crafting and creative items there for Sims that don't have them at home. I had celebrities filling the place up before I changed it.
