Things in 2025/26 I'd like to have

An expansion pack centered around Caribbean culture with hotels and resorts (Since residential rentals from For Rent EP are regular residential lots build up with multiple rooms). Here are some things I know what I wanted since my favorite Caribbean-influenced music was on my radio station wishlist as the sixth and last one after nu-disco, Latin, hip hop, soul, and R&B are being checkmarked.

1. New world
   • A beach town world based on the Caribbean islands, mostly Barbados, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad and Tobago (Since Sulani was based on Polynesian/Hawaiian islands)
2. New trait(s)
   • Hydrophobic and loves water traits (Since they weren't added in Island Living EP)
3. New radio station(s)
   • Reggae (I want that radio station, so I can get my radio station wishlist completed)
   • Beach Radio (Since Island Radio contains elements of Hawaiian and ukulele music)
4. New lot type(s)
   • Hotels/resorts lot type (I hope it'll be similar to the multi-family residential rental lots, because hotels/resorts should be vacation lots that'll made up of multiple rooms to rent)
5. New objects
   • Water slides
   • Diving boards (Actual ACTUAL diving boards)
   • Hammocks
   • Pool bar
   • Reception desk
   • Surfboards
   • Surf stations
6. Foods from the Caribbean islands such as...
   • Arroz con gondules
   • Jamaican beef patties
   • Trinidad chicken pelau
   • Coo coo and flying fish
   • Cuban sandwich
   • Bahamian crawfish
   • Sancocho
   • Haitian griot
7. Clothing
   • More swimwears, summerwears, Caribbean-styled outfits, etc.
8. Hairstyles
   • Some locs hairstyles
