This is so, so good! I'd love a ballet barre and a martial arts combat dummy if they helped build Fitness skill. The camp activities, too, farmhouse sink, juicer (I always delete a coffee maker if there is one), stack of champagne glasses with animation, Pottery skill, spices, and all the recipes you've listed sound amazing! I'd love an Agricultural Lot Type, as well.
