This Game is a joke and EA should be ashamed
If there is even a human left on the payroll to feel shame, which I doubt. I have most of the packs. OVER AND OVER AGAIN I have spent hours playing, building up characters only to have them mysteriously vanish from the map. They are in my gallery but supposedly can't be moved to the map. No fixes available online work at all. When I try to use the tech support from the menu it just takes me to an error page. I have tried every solution I can find and nothing works. What is the point of paying all that money for games that literally do not work? Spending hours on a scenario just to log in the next day and it's all gone? I'm done. It's not worth it. EA is a scam and all that money we have all paid for glitchy barely functioning content should be refunded. What an absolute joke. But they can spam my email constantly wanting me to buy more. The constant pop ups seem to function just fine. But emails to "tech support" go unanswered or are obviously canned useless copy paste from I guess a bot? Pathetic.
