This World isn't big enough
One of the things that still constantly grate on me, is how small the worlds are. It's very hard to build an immersive story with several households and venues because there simply isn't room for everything. Especially for themed worlds like Forgotten Hollows, Glimmerbrook that are just too tiny to properly play in, or Innisgreen and Ondarion where each neighborhood has a very different flavor.
I miss the ability to completely shape the world that Sims2 had, but even without complete control over the world and neighborhood I would love to simply have more lots in each world. Just one or two additional lots per neighborhood would make a real difference.
This has been an ache from the launch of Sims4, and would love for it to be addressed as part of quality of life.
Royalty and Legacy made it even more of a pain, as now the nobilty has to live in the world that doesn't have room for them.
What I would really love is the ability to edit a world like in Sims2, and add lots myself, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen, so just having a few more lots in each world would make a difference.
And after all, it's been done before. Sims 1 used to have 10 lots per world, and I think it was the pets expansion that made them much bigger.
Am I the only one feeling this way?
