I've talked about some similar things too. I'd like to see all the core components of a personality, like how nice/mean, or how neat/messy be available to all sims and on a scale. Everyone has these traits, so should all sims. Being on a scale also allows for mild or extreme versions of everything. After that, I'd like to see trait slots for the specific things like art lover or geek, etc. Things like vegetarian should be an on/off toggle really, not a whole trait when we only have three slots.
