Updated Neighborhood Stories (marry, divorce, join/create another household)

I agree and yes 3 things have added last year but i feel like there are still things missing out and i've thought about the rivalry/enemies that isn't in the neighbourhood stories because i'm terrible at making enemies so they should add that one aswell, i want things i don't have control over just like in real life
