War pack

I’d love a Sims 4 pack about wartime life, with an emphasis on the home front, relationships, and personal stories. Sims could enlist or be drafted, spend time away from home, write letters, and return with new memories or struggles.

  • Ration books: Sims use coupons to buy limited amounts of staples like flour, sugar, meat, and cooking oil.
  • Empty shelves and limited stock: Shops may run out of certain foods, so Sims have to check other stores or make do with what’s available.
  • Queueing to shop: Sims wait in line, and popular items might be gone by the time they reach the counter.
  • Stretching meals: Cook smaller portions, use substitute ingredients, or make meals from whatever is left in the pantry.
  • Home gardens: Grow vegetables and herbs to help feed the household.
  • Sharing and community meals: Neighbors can swap ingredients, share extra food, or eat together at a community kitchen.
  • Saving and reusing: Mend clothes, repair household objects, and reuse materials when new goods are scarce.
  • Mood effects: Shortages could bring a Hungry, Worried, or Resourceful moodlet, without showing combat.
  • Optional hardship settings: Let players choose how strict shortages and rationing are—or turn them off.
  • Turning on the radio or getting alerts
  • Shift work and childcare: Sims take factory or farm jobs, while relatives and neighbors help watch children.
  • Temporary guests: A household can host a Sim who has had to move away from home, adding a new family member and relationship story.
  • Community events: Sims hold a small dance, radio evening, or neighborhood gathering to lift everyone’s spirits.
  • Shortage notices: A newspaper or shop board tells Sims what is scarce that week, so they plan meals and shopping around it.
  • Moodlets for daily strain: Show the experience through icons like Long Queue, Low Supplies, Miss Home, and Helped a Neighbor—with no combat on screen
