I think it's kind of dumb that you need a mod to go over the weight limit, and it doesn't even look that realistic... I think they should raise the weight limit, in my opinion, they didn't really mak...

I'd be concerned about the effect the body positivity/negativity would have on people who have real life body dysmorphic disorder. Some of them play The Sims and they don't need sims reinforcing their own unhealthy thought patterns. Not everybody wants that type of realism.
Many people like the fact that the Sims universe is a place where nobody gives a fluff about things like weight, skin tone, ethnicity, sexuality. Even Mrs. Crumplebottom doesn't discriminate. She'll slap you with her handbag no matter who you're kissing.
That is true, I didn't think about that- but also it does shine a light on what people are going through I dunno to me it seems like they are just saying weight gain isn't hard or whatever but a lot of people have different thoughts and opinions on it, it's not just as black and white as people make it out to be, it's a messy thing also lemme just say I love your pfp lol. Mainly I think they should make the bodies a little more realistic- I do appreciate that they have a lot more diversity covering different bodies, it's actually why I started playing Sims 4, I'm mainly hoping that they make it just a tad bit more realistic.
