Would like to see a Quality of Life update around NPC Service Sims.

I wish they used the NPCs they've created for the promo stuff in the game, at least.

For me is much more interesting, even if not realistic, to have some familiar faces on thoses roles, like Robin Banks or Kaylynn Langerak.
