January 4th was the latest you could log in and still recieve all the rewards. That is after the busy holidays. I understand you may be upset, but it was communicated. I am not paying attention to Sims news or social media that often and I learned that much. I didn't even log in until after Christmas.
i logged in Jan 3rd and still couldnt claim more than 2 items.. its just annoying, lol.
ill say ive heard a lot about this affecting so many players since i wrote this, so im not the only one 🤷♀️.
