A mod broke my game

I tried to use LilMissSam's Buyable Venues mod but it wouldn't work properly. I could only buy a Generic lot and not an Ownable one. Whenever I removed anything to do with her mods, it'd reset the venue I had used it on, literally changing the lot into whatever Maxis had already put there, even though I built it before using her mod. I just gave up and removed it completely, deciding to just use Businesses & Hobbies to make my Sims bar. But it's somehow reset again, the lot has reverted to its original Maxis one, and now I can't use any households, the loading screen just goes back to household selection screen. It doesn't matter the neighbourhood. I'm worried the whole save file and all of the work I've put into 3 generations of family's is ruined.
