A Stair problem on 2-4-1 Wakabamori

Hi everyone! Thought I'd just point out that the small lott 2-4-1 Wakabamori seem to have a problem with stairs.

I seriously thought my game was bugging out when I couldn't place stairs on this lot on Mt Komorebi. However this seem to be an easy workaround by just making the house stand on a platform first and then lower it down to ground level. 

Hope this helps anyone else encountering this issue.
