I tried to make my very sad sim water a plant with her own tears but the option is unnavailable. It was an indoor plant (the basegame ones) and I didn't try to make her water outdoor plants with her tears. How tragic.

Hello, sorry for the wait I was drowning myself in my tears.
I disabled my mods and then tried again (im playing on a laptop). I mannaged to get my sim depressed and i figured out that you can only water plants with tears if they do not need water. However, if the plant is starving for sadness (needs water), you can only water it normally, even if you have tears to spare.
You don't have to speak french, but as you can see the option is missing when the plant is dry. I tried doing it outside, changing the seasons, resetting it, but the option was still missing. I hope this will help desesperate players crying over the fact that the essential "water with tears" option is missing when the plant is starving.
