I got the same problem, but not in every save. My main save is affected however, I already repaired the game, tried it with and without mods, and it just won't work. When I take the mods out, it won't load at all. Custom venues for which I can choose a custom schedule, it's loading, but I end up on my home lot again. Sometimes when I load into a getaway, I get a prompt to either cancel the getaway or prolong it. When I choose to pronlong, it repeats the prompt over and over (while taking the money to prolong each time). When I cancel, I end up on my home lot again. It's really frustrating that it doesn't work in my main save, makes the feature unplayable for me.

I already tried that, and it does work in other saves and newly generated saves with the existing custom venues in Gibbi Point that come with the pack. It seems like it just doesn't work with venues from the gallery.
Edit: It seems to work now! The pop up to cancel or prolong the stay was probably due to the settings for the venue. It allowed 8 guests, but there were only 6 double beds. For the endless loading screen to not be a problem anymore, I don't really know the solution. I guess replacing them worked?
