Adventure Awaits Lots

Hello, been posting everywhere trying to figure out what's going on with adventure awaits. I can plan getaways but when trying to move or visit lots I can't see them. none of the residential lots are visible. I've repaired my game and taken mods out neither works. anyone else having this issue?
