Aging doesn't work that good with new pack/update

I'm playing the Sims 4 without Mods or CC and I have a problem with my Sims aging. I always play the Sims on the short Life cycle and since the pack Life and Death they won't age up very quick. They are living the 'regular' life cycle while I checked the box in game settings and it is saying short. Does anyone else has this problem? I have it for a few weeks now and it's bothering me now. 

I have all the packs, stuff etc in my game. Literally all packs there are. I am playing without Mods or Cc I have removed a cache and I repaired my game but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me with this perhaps.
