@Rambling_Rose314 Same issue.
Deleted every pre-made sim in the family folder to make a clean legacy game (no packaged NPCs). Every single male my founder has spoken to has told the sim "Not interested, sorry. Lets be friends though!" and they show up as having no interest in romantic relationships.

Mods should not be required to side step these kinds of bugs. (I dislike using mods.)
