An owned restaurant won't load anymore not even on build mode - Sims 4

Hi. I downloaded a few weeks ago a restaurant from the gallery and has remained without CC.  

One of my Sim owned that place (and everything was going well). I don't know what happened, but whenever I tried to visit it again (the restaurant in question) I got stuck on a loading screen (didn't get any errors or L.E btw). I have tried to restart my game multiple times, to bulldoze or replace, even try to say the lot but nothing seems to work.

If I go somewhere else everything is fine (as far as I know). I use mods and CC though, but again, I haven't received any L.E when playing tonight. I just noticed this and decided to report it (especially cause I was using a no CC lot). 

My game is up to date btw. 

To give more context (even though, this isn't going to appear in the pictures down below which I captured like around this weekend) I remember one of my clients (an adult) was oddly drawing a placemat and let it there. Of course, I ended up the shift and the owner went home afterwards (I even saved it and everything) so I guess that's might have messed up the lot (I wasn't aware of that bug).
