Annoying Gnomes from Enchanted by Nature

I'm running an apothecary small business and I think the clients who come must have a sickness because I'm getting 7-8 gnomes every day and around 2-3 of them ALWAYS start a fire. It's very annoying, not because of having to pay for the replacement of burned objects but because it burns carpets which have to manually be replaced!!!!!!!! My small business is basically running at a loss already, this is so annoying. I hope someone makes a mod that removes gnomes soon.
