Anyone have this happen?

For me, it happens after every major update, and all my mods are disabled, I have no trait mods that could mess this up. Anyone else have this happening?

  • Disabling mods is default and as far as I understand intentional. That way mods have less chance to interfere with the update. That being said, I think they are only disabled if mods are present. I usually remove all mods before an update. If the mods folder is empty, mods are not disabled.  But you have to put the (updated) mods back. Mods need to be checked and if needed updated after a patch anyway.

You can access the options menu from the home screen, I believe they are in the top right corner again. Just turn them on before you load any saves with mods: Load the game, go to setting and turn them on. Exit the game and open it again. Then open your save.
