Werewolf sim NOT gaining fury?

So I play on PC and I just started a brand new save after deleting all of my previous ones (was having a really bad lag issue & the game was taking forever to load - it did work thankfully!) and for some reason my werewolf sim is not gaining ANY fury throughout the day? She did during the full moon, but day to day, nothing. Even when I have her do things that should make her gain fury quickly (IE she has the 'easily excitable' temperament, so for example say I have her watch TV or play games), nothing happens. If I go to Manage Worlds and then load back in, her fury will temporarily start building up like it should, but it doesn't last very long and then it resets to 0 fury again after a bit. It's kind of inconvenient because I didn't get the transformation mastery perk during her first transformation on the full moon, so I wanted her to rampage so she can unlock that perk, but I can't because her fury won't go up...help??

(Note: I don't play with mods or CC, and I dunno if this matters but the game also reset most of my settings when I deleted everything. I know there's no setting for fury gains, but I was also playing with werewolves in the save I was playing right before I deleted everything and this was never an issue before, so maybe I missed something there...? I did keep a backup of my old saves too if needed!)

    Ohh I had seen that thread but I didn't notice they also mentioned not gaining fury. I do also have the missing first temperament when making a werewolf in CAS, but even after getting other temperaments when leveling up, I'm still having trouble with it. I did finally manage to force a rampage after reloading and having her play games and howl a bunch, but otherwise her fury doesn't go up at all. Looks like the other person with this issue was able to get around it after some time leveling up, but my sim's fury is still stuck at 0 even after about 2 in-game weeks and after gaining the other 3 temperaments. I just feel like it's weird because in my previous save that I was playing before I deleted them all, those werewolf sims were also missing that initial temperament but were still able to gain fury normally - I'd look and their fury would be halfway full doing regular sim stuff like always - but this one isn't, so I'm not sure if it's the game being buggy or if it's something on my end?

    There could be something else going on but I can't remember any other threads on it.

    For testing can you upload your werewolf to the gallery and place them in a new save to see if they gain fury there ?
