[ARCHIVED] Happy Home Login Event: Claimed items disappear

'All players will get access to this Event by June 13th as part of a phased rollout' is not a solution to things being removed AFTER they've been claimed. What happens if you reach the last day and need to do a folder refresh? What happens after the time period is over?

So at the end of last week I claimed the 3 first rewards from week 1, and then waited for week 2 to begin to claim the 4th one.

However, the 3 rewards from week 1 are showing up as not claimed? Today I logged in and I had everything locked, so I had to reclaim the 1st reward again. I'm using my account on my computer, so I don't understand what happened?

Does anyone have the same issue? ☹️

Like the title says... I had already claimed the first week of rewards for the login event going on and after the update they were unclaimed. This shouldn't have happened. Now I have to reclaim one each day AGAIN, this bug shouldn't have happened in the first place. What if they disappear after the events over?

Seams they fixed some of the glitch that allowed accessing the reward without claiming them. 

THAT they can fix super fast, but removing an ad button or timed event they can't. 

They really are mocking us. 

I have two computers, a PC and a laptop, I use the same account on both, however when I opened my account from my PC, all the rewards from this event that I have been colecting desapeared, and I have to start over. So does that mean if I change to PC and loose my laptop I will loose permanently all my rewards?

Is the same account I just login in my second computer so there should be no difference in my game contact

I am furious, why do you guys make an event with so many bugs!! I want my rewards, or what is the point of an event you have to login every day just to loose all your rewards if you change computers???

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Claim all the rewards available by logging in. Delete userdata.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the rewards claimed are gone.
What do you expect to see? My build buy and CAS items not to disappear when I do something that a lot of console players do regularly to improve game performance.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

As stated, did a routine deletion of the userdata to clear up some simulation lag I was experiencing. When I loaded the game, it asked me to claim my first reward. I had already claimed every reward available. This wouldn't bother me except that EA patched the ability to get these items back through the search filters. This event should not be tied to the userdata file, something all console players delete at least once a month. 🤨

Also, there is a survey about the event accessible from the main menu. 

Fill it in so they know.

Unfortunately there's no solution for console.
