All I want to do is access the Sims 4 Gallery but I don't even have the option. It only option I get is to access my library. But I don't see the gallery tab.
Why are they treating an entire user base like peasants just because their machines are "older". It's not like we're running Windows 95 on a old hard drive. They don't even have an excuse for why they wont connect to the gallery or allow you to play packs past September. As a developer I know they can do this. Sounds like SERIOUSLY poor product management.
I agree totally with you. I've spent a lot of money on these games..I've been a Sims user since they first came out. Now I'm treated like all I gave to their business was a smack in the face. There's no reason they can't let us have access to the material that is already created on the Gallery at least. I'm still having many problems with my game but they won't bother to help us Legacy Edition users. I did find it odd that I was sending tweets to the gurus and none of them answered me about my problems. Now I know why? They didn't have to help anyone they were going to cast aside anyway. I'm considering just giving the game up. It's no fun anymore unless I go out and spend a lot of money on a new computer. I'm very sad and disappointed but they wouldn't care

The saddest part is that EA doesn't care. We were easily tossed aside no matter what amount of money we've spent. We're castoffs. We're treated like lower citizens. Nothing any of us do will get them to give us back our privileges. We're no longer thought about. I've been playing the Sims since the original Sims came out and have spent a lot of money. Now we are treated like this. I'm still having a lot of issues with the game but there won't be anyone from EA to help me. It's like we no longer exist. It goes to show how a big business can mess with anyone they please.
All packs released before Discover University will work with the Legacy Edition so you did not waste your money.
