Ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend option not showing up

I had trouble finding it at first, did you try looking under the new Relationships tab? 
Proposing, Moving In, Breaking Up, etc. is now under that tab instead of the Romance one.

Ah thanks so much. I had looked under that before but nothing was there. I've since come away from the game and come back and it's there!

    I have a maxed out level romance and friendship sim that I cannot move in,  propose/ get married to.  I've looked in every social interaction including relationships and, like you, it doesn't show
