No, but you can assign the computer if there is one on the desk or lock the door to the room.
@jpkarlsen Locking the door doesn't really help, because it is not other sims that are the problem, aand there is two desks in most dorms. I have now put her computer on the desk and locked it, but that is only good for when my sim uses the computer, and not when doing homework, unfortunately.
