[BH] Error code 0 if sim lives in an apartment and owns a small business

My sim lives in an apartment but needed to own and launch a rocket for her nerd brain aspiration so I thought 'hey I'll give her a small business on a separate lot so she can have it there.'  Since ...

Please test your issue on a vanilla game

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

-  localthumbcache
-  Any lastException Files
-  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
