Both. I’ve removed my mods folder and tried, it didn’t work.
I also tried with mods and still nothing.

is there any reason given when you hover over the greyed out option ? Is this for all Sims in all households ? Some specific Sims are immortal so you can't age them but it shouldn't be all of them.
Do you have aging on or off and are any Vamps involved ?
Hey! It will say “no sims are having a birthday”. It’s usually for my infants and toddlers. I haven’t tried with my adult sims. I have aging on and no occults.
I have tried different households and it’s the same issue with infants and toddlers.
