Blast from the Past: Unable to claim reward/Gnome fix failure message

I am unable to collect the blast from past event rewards. I had no problems, completing the event, but when I went to claim the reward I keep getting claim failed. Please wait and try again as the gn...

By posting this you reported it as a bug.

Are you trying to claim from within the game or the main menu ? Try within the game.

I’ve tried from within the menu and the game and I just wanna say thank you so much you are absolutely amazing for helping me. Thank you so much.

    This issue has been ongoing for the past few went but for most, reloading the game works.

    Maybe try going offline and starting the game in offline mode, then close it down and go back online ?
