Blast to the Past - "The Setback" is blank

Question

Hey everyone, I was just doing the event last-minute and now I've stumbled into an issue I can't solve. During the "The setback" questline I repaired the computer and it ticked it off, but now the quest window is blank. I don't know how to proceed or fix it.

I panic-deleted the save I did the event on and started a new one in hopes that I could start from the beginning, like the previous events, but I'm stuck!c

Here's the tasks you need to do for the setback. Hopefully they work anyways when you do the. Pics are in order they appear.
First task is something you do on the computer. Your computer is supposed to break doing that so make sure to not use an unbreakable computer and do it on your home lot.
