bottom bar disappearing after taking photo / game crashing after entering build

the UI in live mode disappears when I exit build mode

also, the reapers rewards are glitched and un-accessible. not only are they glitched but this 'bug' started when i first got the reapers rewards pop up

Every since the new Upgrade, when I go into build mode or if I try to go traveling, my activity bar disappears. The activity bar with all of the members of the household completely disappears and I can’t play anybody. I have to save my game at a certain point and restart. Please help, as you can see in the attached picture there is no activity bar at the bottom it disappears.

  Mine is doing the same thing. I tried running a repair but it didnt help any.
