Built a grand staircase and sim wont go upstairs

Spent some time building a beautiful staircase only to find that sim wont use it. What's wrong with it?  This picture was taken after my attempts to fix it. So yes there was railing in all the right...

It is in the gallery. My user is morisalarson and its the most recent build.

Are you sure that you have uploaded the lot to the Gallery and not your Library?  When I searched the Gallery by the userID morisialarson, nothing comes up.  If it is in your Library, then I can't get to the lot.  And what is the lot name?

I also searched by userID e6e631782faab673 and nothing came up for that userID either.
