Business and Hobbies Issue

I pre-ordered the Business and Hobbies expansion, and installed it today. I was excited for the tattoo business. I created a separate building on my residence lot, opened the store, got customers but when I did their tattoos, she did them over the customers clothing. Every picture I've seen the customer has their skin exposed when the tattoos are being done.

Can anyone let me know is this is a current glitch or an option somewhere that I need to adjust?
