[BY DESIGN] Glass from windows and doors becomes white when far away from it

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.73.48.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs: Snowy Escape, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, and Cats & Dogs Game packs: Vampires, and Dine Out Stuff packs: Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino, and Laundry Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1: Place some windows and doors (The issue is not happening on all windows and doors). Step 2: Go far away from the placed windows and doors.
What happens when the bug occurs? The glass from windows and doors affected by the bug becomes white instead of staying translucent.
What do you expect to see? I want the glass from windows and doors to be translucent when the game camera is far away from it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The issue is happening since patch 1.66.139.1020 (Pre-Batuu Update).

The blue window is from Get Famous and the half circle window is from Cats & Dogs.
