There's a few options but you all need to play with the same origin account and only one person can play online at any given time.
1. Create a windows account for each user. This will keep all user data separate and you can each play your own save and play your own world
2. Have one Windows account and create a separate save game for each player. This is also possible but you might run into the danger of starting the wrong save. Also if you intent do add cc/mods, with method 1, you can each have their own set. With method 2, you share that.
3. Install the game on several computers (in the same household) and each can play the game.
