I cannot assign rooms on my buildings that are residential rentals. I will select the lot, as in “lot 1” and when i click on another room to add that one to it, the room i just changed reverts back to a “shared” space. it won’t let me add any more rental units because i can’t even make the first one. not sure what’s happening lol
@ogredorothy Are you using mods or custom content, and have you tested without? You don't need to save your progress.
i understand. no, i use on console so im unable to get any mods or custom content.
@ogredorothy Does this happen in a new, unoccupied build that you create yourself? You could just build a box with some dividing walls to test; there's no need to spend much time on it. Please also test on a lot you haven't previously tried to use as a residential rental.
i placed a build from the gallery and did it that way. i will try the other way
