[EBN] Cannot connect Lightning Root to grid

My OS is windows and I do have both Enchanted by Nature and Season. I created a new, clean save without mods. Not matter if it's on or off the grid lot and even tho the sim had the max gardening level. The plant wasn't evolved either. It was summer in my new save and the Lightning Root plant was just outside, not in a planter. The issue is still there. When I hover over the plant I do see that the plant's not connected, but I'm missing the options to connect it to the grid or disconnect.

I conducted some tests. The option disappears when  the lightning root can evolve.

Moving this to the bug forum. Something seems wonky, possibly related to seasons.

I had no issues with this on the early access (Thanks EA for the opportunity) but now, I do still have both my plants hooked up. One has to option to unhook and re-hook. The other is missing the option to unhook

The Lightning Root works and doesn't work. In the new game I started for playing with the new expansion, the Lightning Root worked as the tooltip said, while in one of the new neighbourhoods. I then moved that same household to another world and planted a new one and no option to connect it to grid. I've tried having it outside, in a single planter, upright planter from Eco Living, in a multi planter - tried base game and all crafted versions with a total of four of them together, inside, outside, sheltered and not shultered and it just does not work in any world other than the new one and only the one household. I have NO CC, NO Mods and this was a new game from scratch when the expansion was first played which was the day of it's launch.

Edit: More info:  All lots I tried growing the Lightnight Root on where "Off the Grid" and my gardening is now maxed, and got new seeds, tried everything again to see if level mattered and took the time to move to every single world available from base game and up, I have all expansions/game packs/stuff packs and most kits and no change. I also moved this same household back to the original lot I started on and now the Lightnight Root will not hook up to the grid.

The option doesn't show for me either. I have no mods, no cc and I have all packs. I wondered maybe the plant has to be in the ground or maybe outside (mine are in the planters and indoors) so I tested it, but no. Option still doesn't show

You don't have to be off the grid, it should appear on any lot.

Are you guys using any mods/cc ?

Do you guys have seasons ?

Hello5b271201019fc2ad​  I haven’t tested this, but I did read about another simmer who was able to connect the lightning root, who was playing on an “off-the-grid” lot when doing it. They were wondering if it was only able to be used on off the grid lots. Perhaps try turning on off-the -grid to test if that may help.

I’m not the OP, but I’m having the same problem as well. I have max gardening skill as well as handiness (if that matters). The option just isn’t showing up. 

You do it by clicking on the lightning root plant. You may though need to have a certain gardening skill level. I think that you need to have at least gardening skill 5 or 6.
