The cupid's corner has a known issue: [LS] Cupid Corner Sim reverts to old appearance/outfit on travelling | EA Forums - 12297921 although that's usually just reverting to the old outfit the Sim had. Is that the case for you ?
For drinks there's a few reports but yours does also sound a bit different.
