Can't enter lots made by me

Recently I decided to start a new save and build every lot myself, but every time I did, after a certain point the game would crash while I was building, this never used to happen to me ever. So I did all of the fixes people online recommend, no mods, repair game, take out old saves, start a new save and then move the old saves back in again. I even full on uninstalled and installed again... It stopped the crashing while building...but when I left the game and tried to enter the lot later to continue building the loading screen would freeze and I would be forced to force quit the game. 

I don't understand why this is happening, I can't think of another fix I can try and I'm desperate and so sad, I just want to play the game I paid for... 

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix? Can someone help please? TToTT

    glad to hear. Maybe as a test on a new save you don't care about or a backup you could add the windows back to see if it does happen again ?

    HI! Over the week I've been testing stuff and I remembered that I was using windows that were 2 slots big and not appropriate for the curved walls with the move objects cheat, so I wondered if that was causing the issue. I tried creating a blank save and rebuilding the tower, this time making sure the windows had enough space, and... it worked? So far I haven't had the issue again, I can go in out as I want, but I'm still being cautious because I'm not 100% sure what was the issue. I still cant get into the old saves' lots, but at least I'm able to keep playing in a new save... 

    Thank you for all the help!! Hopefully it won't happen again. 😭

    let's continue here :D

    I tested your save and had no issues loading your lot at all. As you told me via DM, it's still happening for you even on a fresh folder.

    Did you get any new LastExceptions on the new folder ? Did you put your save back or just test on a new save and it happened there as well ?

    Sounds like something you're using is causing issues. 

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

    Thank you for your reply! I was rebuilding willow crest, i was building a wizard tower and all i did was create a circular 4 story tower, pointy roof, life and death windows, then cover the walls with wall plants, a mix of the vampire pack ones, the fairy pack ones, etc. There was some terrain alteration and I placed a few trees and that's it. It used to crash while I was building it, and I tried replicating the issue a lot by rebuilding the tower and it would either crash when pacing windows or the plants. But then after all the repairing and saves troubleshooting, etc, I was able to rebuild it a few more times without any crashes but the issue became that I couldn't get back to building the lot from the map, it would freeze up on the loading screen every time. I rebuilt the **bleep** tower so many times in brand new saves and it keeps happening.

    The lot is always a smaller one 20x15.

    are these any lot you're building ? Do you use lots of objects/big lots ?

    Can you enter them from the map to build mode ?
