Can't find lots I downloaded

Im new to Sims and downloaded a couple of houses and families from the ea website community but I'm unable to find them in my in game library.  A follow-up too is am I able to place them on vacant l...

    The Gallery can be found by clicking 'Gallery' in the links on the left at the Main Menu screen when you first open your game:

    And if you have a game save or lot opened, you can open the gallery by clicking the light bulb icon in the top right corner of the screen:

     

    Then, once the Gallery opens, the public Gallery is in the tab on the left:

     

    And your Library (your items, not publicly viewable) is in the 'My Library' tab on the right:

So as a follow-up, where is my gallery in the game to view my items please I downloaded from ea. Is this in actual game or on the EA app on my PC.
