Can't open, load, or save build from gallery

I am already annoyed because I have to start my forever save over after completing 3 worlds. I can look in the gallery but when I click on a build, it will not open nor can I put it in my save. Can't save it to my library either. Ive taken all my CC and mods out....any advice please???😡🤬
