Cant open my small business!!

I built a business, made sure to change the lot type to small business and added the requirements (kiosk, sign). No matter if i try to open using the sign, kiosk or the business panel from my Sim nothing actually opens the business. I've already tried doing a repair from the ea app and ive tried deleting the local chace. Ive also tried bulldozing the lot and replacing it, changing the lot type and changing it back. Nothing is working. Has EA not fixed this bug in over a year (see complaints of this from 2025)?!?! Please help.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

     

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
