Great Questions. I shall answer them in order and add additional information that I've discovered after more experimentation a few days ago.
- I am using the EA app on PC, an Alienware laptop to be more specific.
- I haven't used mods since a month after Life And Death came out
- I have tried to make a new save, but I got the same Error
- It was called Haunted Tudor 64, it was on the Gallery. But I removed it before I saw this message. I'm sorry. I think it's gone.
New developments in the story: I actually saved it to my library at different stages of the build. And one of the earlier stages works just fine! It's the stage right before I added the basement that had a debug Life and Death portal in it. And it was before I added all the trees.

Could you try if you can dupe the issue if you put the basement with the portal back ?
