Please try loading the world in a new save. If that works, here's how to fix the issue in your main save (different problem but same fix, the without mods version):

If the world won't load in a new save either, please manually delete and reinstall the pack. Open the game's program files, wherever the EA App has installed them; you can check in your game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties if you're not sure. Inside that main Sims 4 folder (NOT inside Delta), delete the EP16 folder. You'll need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager in order to trash the folder. Then clear the EA App's cache:
