can't purchase

I'm having trouble purchasing houses for my lots. Every time I try to buy a house/lot it tells me I have insufficient funds when I know I have plenty. I've used Rosebud to up my Simoleons to buy stuff and things like that but it still won't let me buy anything.

Rosebud adds 5000. A lot will cost much more than that. On the Gallery you can see the price.

@swoopbonecrusher Can you be more specific? Which places are you trying to buy? With new sims or existing sims? How many simoleons do you have vs how much the lots cost? Can you provide any screenshots?
