Yes, it happens to every sim. By "no mods," I mean I have content, mods, and script mods turned off in the game options.
ieattheicecream Sorry for being a pest about this but does that mean you have mods/cc in your mods folder but turned them off or that you have nothing in the mods folder but resource.cfg ?
Sometimes mods can persist even if you turn the option off so I need to be extra sure :D
There are mod related needs issues and there's also an non-mod related one where the needs have the wrong color (red when they are full and such) but I haven't seen one where the needs don't properly decay.
I checked and I did have mods in my mod folder so I took them all out to test if that was the issue but it didn't seem to fix it.
Did you delete the locathumbcache file as well ?
Does it also happen on a new save that never had mods ?
Yes, I deleted the localthumbcache file, but that didn't work, and yes, it happens on new save files that never had mods.
