2 sims cant woohoo

So I have this legacy save and its always been a little glitchy. But my son is dating nyon specter and they "messed around" once when they were teens, but from then on the option hasn't worked. Whenever I click woohoo, or mess around, they always do the animations like they're going to do it, but they never actually do the animation where they get in bed or the shower or wherever. Instead they just glitch out and do the t-pose thing and then just stand there. Their romance bar does go up though. One time Nyon aged up before my other sim did so I aged nyon back down, maybe that messed it up? I can't remember how i aged him down, I think it was through cas. I've heard that that can cause some problems, but i only aged him from a young adult to a teen.My sims 4 base game is up to date and the only mods I have installed are the UI cheats mod and a bunch of cc. I thought it mightve been the ui cheats mod messing it up, but when I took it out of my mods folder, they still did the same thing. Could it be some cc messing it up? Every other sim in the game can woohoo like normally, its just these 2. This makes me think it has something to do with the life and death pack and maybe the sim nyon specter is just messed up? Please help
