Cant use squat toilet

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 7/1/25
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For rent, city living, discover university, high school years, get to work, seasons, cats and dogs, growing together, cottage living, vampires, parenthood, laundry day, my first pet, romantic garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sims can’t use the squat toilets at all
What happens when the bug occurs? They say they can’t access it even when you put it in the middle of an empty lot
What do you expect to see? The sims to use the squat toilet
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

They will not use the squat toilet at all

    @Violet_xo16 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
