Cas Catastrophe

My sims eyebrow icons displays and applies double eyebrows, shows grey underwear underneath clothing, my entire library of previous saved sims all turned white, and when creating a new sim I am not allowed to change their skin color at all. I have repaired my game MULTIPLE times, removed mods known to cause issues as well as never adding them back to my folder, and now I have contacted you guys. I was recently playing offline after the under with no issue until this morning. Please help.
